The West Virginia Social Survey (WVSS) is produced by the Survey Research Center
at West Virginia University. The purpose of the WVSS is to gather information
on the attitudes, concerns, and challenges facing West Virginia residents.
The West Virginia Social Survey was designed in the Fall of 2019. The WVSS targets the most prevalent challenges faced by West Virginia residents. When it launches in the Spring of 2020, it will be sent to 5,000 West Virginia households representing each county in West Virginia.
